Finnish Luxury Hybrid Vehicle Sells in Mission Valley
Though the car boasts sustainable design and it is more environmentally friendly than petrol cars, i think to be truly "green", one had better take the public transport. I'm surprised that most of their customers ordered the car online. Does it mean there is a thriving business model for online car sales nowadays? It seems I better watch out for this industry that might be on the rise. [Martin Braun][1] [1]: http://www.jzandf.com— November 28, 2012 7:15 p.m.
Finnish Luxury Hybrid Vehicle Sells in Mission Valley
I thought hybrid cars are being built with the main objective to be environmentally friendly. Thus, having this model that is able to go from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.8 seconds with a maximum speed of 125mph, kinds of defeat the entire purpose of a hybrid car. The higher the speed, the higher the level of energy a car utilizes which will eventually mean a higher wastage of natural resources.— November 27, 2012 11:52 p.m.
Time to Assess Your Work/Life Balance?
One thing I would definitely promote is the choice of company that you keep. And that doesn’t mean just relationships with people. If you feel that material items are what keeps you going, then try and keep company with that, in contrast with “jzwatches” comment, if a Franc Vila, Rolex or a Martin Braun is what makes your heart sing, I’d say set a goal to work towards it! If you’re not motivated to work, this will make you work, and if you work too much, the watch on your hand is a constant reminder of what you are working for or towards, and also to tell you that it’s time to go home!— November 15, 2012 12:17 a.m.
Spend Time on Facebook — and Earn a Paycheck
A specific designation of a social media manager is something that is inevitable in the evolution of our society and the way they communicate. You often learn about an event on someone’s Facebook post before you hear about it in the news. Following the market trend is something that keeps businesses alive, and being able to respond to live time comments certainly lets you tackle positive and negative situations while it’s still hot.— November 14, 2012 11:58 p.m.
No Tee Time Required for Canyons Restaurant at The Crossings in Carlsbad
When we dined at Canyons Restaurant, we also did the same – forgone playing golf. The food was superb. Apart from that the ambience was just right for us to have good conversations. Once you have good conversations, you keep on ordering food until you realize you have too much. Apart from the various functions they cater, the last I have heard, they will also have great promotions as part of their loyalty program to thank their patrons. I have not seen any, yet, but I will watch out for that.— November 12, 2012 11 p.m.
Fika Time! Culture Class at City College
It is a lovely neighborhood with a friendly coffee joint – Caffe Fika. I have always been intrigued by it, just like the author of this blog, of what it is all about until I met Ai Van. Indeed, he must have meant Chinese-Vietnamese as some of the items in the menu have Vietnamese words. One guy was even talking Vietnamese to him, though I did not mean to eavesdrop but I could tell (having lived in Asia for a long time, I should be able to distinguish between Mandarin and Vietnamese languages). This is one friendly joint that you should watch out if you have time to socialize and have a little laugh to end a stressful day. Also, do watch out for Ai Van. He will be very welcoming.— November 12, 2012 10:59 p.m.
Sam Woodhouse Picks the All-Time Best of the Rep
San Diego Repertory Theater has, indeed, gone a long way – a successful one at that. I remember watching its shows, and they really bring words to life. Of course, it is not only about the actors, but the concept, direction and everything that goes into a good or great play. I would definitely watch more of their plays and productions when I go back to the area for a vacation.— November 12, 2012 10:52 p.m.
Time to Assess Your Work/Life Balance?
Having work-life balance is important. You need to set your priorities straight, and watch out for nuisances that could make your life imbalance and throw you off the course. Also, trying to align your lifestyle with what you can afford is also important as it will signal how much effort you need to exert at work to earn more. For example, when expensive or luxurious items like watches – why buy something so expensive like a Franc Vila, Rolex, or a Martin Braun when you only need to tell the time? Not-so-expensive options are also available and can perfectly tell the time. It is not only in watches, but the choices of clothes, vacations, etc. To me, live within your means, and you will have a work-life balance.— November 12, 2012 9 p.m.
Spend Time on Facebook — and Earn a Paycheck
Indeed, there are more and more jobs now that require you to be a social media expert – or building and growing your social media community. Gone are the days that you will feel guilty, as it will be part of your work. Take me as an example – I spend time on facebook and twitter as part of my work. I also need to watch out for the latest trends in social media in order to improve work and keep myself updated. Being updated is key to this kind of work – be it with trends, news or updates about the product I am handling. Time consuming, but worth it.— November 12, 2012 8:54 p.m.
