Casting Controversy at La Jolla Playhouse
Apparently, the creative team don't seem to think it's important enough to actually attend the panel tomorrow (Sunday, 7/22) to hear directly from the public. There are at least 100 people who will be dropping their lives to drive to La Jolla for this panel tomorrow but Duncan Sheik, Steve Sater and Moises Kaufman don't think these voices count enough to make the trip themselves. It makes it very clear that the panel is just lip service and a token attempt to placate the public. Very, very disappointing. What does their Board have to say about this?— July 21, 2012 11:40 p.m.
