Clearly I'm a computer IDIOT! I can't figure out how to put this duck pic in the area with my online name.....so it went to the comments area!

Temecula con man gets prison
When he broke up with me, I moved on...he begged me back 6 months later but I just said I had moved on. And I DO feel sorry for the people he scammed. I feel really sorry for his parents too ...never met them, but I DO believe he could scam them without them intentionally trying to do anything illegal. I know how Tyler can be. And maybe the stepdad thought he was doing the right thing to bring Tyler back into the family and closer to his Mom while they are getting older. You know, his Mom may be heartbroken over not having a good relationship with her grown child. And no one is getting younger. And also step parents----the ones who actually CARE about family--have to try extra hard to fit in because they are not the real parent. So the stepdad may have just been trying too hard to help his stepson. I feel badly for him....the stepdad and Mom. I wonder what happened to Tyler's Russian wife and their daughter? I feel badly for them too. What a mess to grow up with a Dad who is a theif. Very sad. Get this...one time I was leasing a Corolla car...and he tore the Corolla sign off of it and said that he was going to tell people it was a Camry cause that was a better car. THAT is the kind of nonsense he thought mattered in life....labels! Crazy.

Tyler is smooth...trust me. One time he convinced me to stop going up on campus to use their computers in the computer lab and to get a Gateway computer for my apartment. We got one. He knew a lot about computers and I used them all the time but was not a computer guru about the mechanical part of it. We got the Gateway and he said there were problems with it and he said he would call the company and talk to them for me. He had my info...I was living with him at the time......and he told them he was me. He mispronounced my name in such a way that the people might think they had the right person but believe my name was a man's name from Europe or something. At the time, I just thought he was being nice and helping me get my computer running...and taking care of the techno stuff. Anyway...he returned the Gateway and then said we had to get a Dell. We got it and it worked fine and we used it during the two years we were together. However, because I had already opened up a Gateway account previously, he somehow contacted them and got a laptop for himself ON MY ACCOUNT....and of course I got the bills to pay for it. However, all this time, I never saw any alternative ID's, fake checks or anything like that....and he did work really hard at his jobs which most of the time were half commission based types of jobs. He would always get his hopes up that he was going to get big paychecks and then say that deals fell through and he would be so hurt and shocked. He worked at a modeling agency and some mortage places. Half the time I was with him I was in PA and then we moved to CA together. I never would have guessed he would have stooped so low as to do the crap he did to so many people though. I thought he was just mean to me like "a guy being mean to his girlfriend who he doesn't think is hot enough or something." I never would have guessed he would have been some bigtime con artist. I really thought he was just working in real estate and would eventually be happy and work his way up.

Man accused of $3 million fraud admits 48 felonies
Nope.....I truly believe the Dad was NOT part of it. Tyler can be snobby and probably thought he had the right to do whatever he wanted. This is sad.... it was like he wanted to live like a movie star and thought everything should come to him fast. No patience.

Temecula con man gets prison
As a former girlfriend....(2001-2003) I know for a fact that Tyler would indeed tell someone "If I am smart enough to take advantage of you, it isn't my fault and that is ok". He said it to me shortly before we broke up. I am not stupid...just caring and fell for his sob stories and blue eyes. And HE is the one who insisted I get involved with him...not the other way around. Tyler seemed to be into fancy things....he was probably embarrassed his folks lived in a mobile home and used that as an excuse to be mean to them. I saw the way he was with people....and he made it sound like he was hardly ever even around his Mom, and was raised in Boston by a great grandmother named Mimi. He seemed emabarrassed to say he was from PA. That is crazy. Pennsylvania is a beautiful state, Penn State is a great school, and I really tried to help him but nothing was ever enough. He just wanted his life to be really "fancy" I think. It was like he was afraid to be middle class. And he didn't seem to believe it when I told him sometimes people have to work in a company for a while before working their way up the ladder. He wanted things fast. I wish Tyler would have been honest and not messed up his life. This makes me sad.

Tyler Adams uses mom and dad's identities to borrow $3 million
As someone who knew Tyler for about 2 years (2001-2003 in person), he is slick. Erase the photo you see on this article out of your mind...this is an inmate look. He was a pretty boy before...well dressed, well mannered, smooth talking, charming, funny, smart....actually seemed like a hard worker. It is NOT out of the question to me that he duped his family for a couple years. Or even if they found out what he was doing after a shorter time, he probably came up with all kinds of explanations and run-around stories that just strung them along. And he is good at sob stories too. I could see how his parents could be deceived. WISHing for the best.... I would think they were nieve and trusting...not crooks. I would NOT blame them. Really. I don't know them...but I would NOT blame them. Tyler had the same attitude with me at one point...it was OK to take advantage of me cause he was smart enough to be manipulative/deceptive. He said so.

Tyler Adams uses mom and dad's identities to borrow $3 million
So....what IS the status of this case? I have found online court dates but don't know what they are for. I see the next one is in May.

Tyler Adams uses mom and dad's identities to borrow $3 million
What I would like to know is WHO ON EARTH taught Tyler to make fake ID's or gave them to him. I knew him 10 years ago and only ever saw a couple ID's...and they were all with his "Tyler Adams" name on them. HOW does a person get a bunch of ID cards that fool people?! Why? So strange and sad. I knew he had three names...but he explained them to me and his explanations made sense. Kevin Michael Schoolcraft. Kevin Michael. Tyler Adams. There was one time I found out he told someone his name was Austin Hamilton and I thought that was weird......but I never saw ID cards with any name but Tyler Adams.

Tyler Adams uses mom and dad's identities to borrow $3 million
I knew Tyler about 10 years ago. He told me his great grandmother Mimi raised him in Boston for the first 5 years of his life because his Mom got pregnant to a guy and wasn't ready to raise a child. He claimed that when he was 5, his Mom wanted him back. In fact, I used to have her high school photo hanging in my bedroom, but then when we broke up he had it. He told me his step dad was emotionally abusive and some other things...... I never knew what was true or not. While I was with him, Tyler told me he had borrowed $5,000 from another Penn State student at the main campus (which is where we met). She was an ex girlfriend and he used the money to buy a car....it was like a gold Camry. I helped him take out a loan to pay her back and I think he only gave her a couple hundred of the $5,000 we took out...and I ended up paying on. I don't think she ever got her money back and I felt stupid for not handing it to her directly...but I wanted HIM to do it so he had some dignity paying her back and it wasn't like I was treating him like a child. I also trusted him. Her name is Titinun and that was in 2001 and 2002. I don't know her last name....he said she was from Thialand. I saw her from a distance at a movie theater once and she was pretty. I think she really needed the money...I thought she once even tried to take him to court for it there in Centre County, PA. Tyler was a liar and scammy when I knew him but then he began working really hard and I thought he had changed and was on the path to doing good things. I thought he turned his life around....it is very sad he didn't. The last time I was in contact with him was about 2005, and I thought that he was really happy and settling down and had a good career etc. But that was long distance via email by then.....so he could say anything and I wouldn't know the truth. I feel terrible for him...that he was so currupt and stupid to ruin his life like this. Such a waste. He can be charming, funny, romantic and should have used his intelligence to do something good in the world.

Temecula con man gets prison
I can't take credit for this photo...someone else took it...I found it on the web.— November 26, 2012 3:45 p.m.
Temecula con man gets prison
http://sandiegoreader.com/users/photos/2012/nov/2… Clearly I'm a computer IDIOT! I can't figure out how to put this duck pic in the area with my online name.....so it went to the comments area!— November 24, 2012 8:32 p.m.
Crazy.— November 21, 2012 7:46 a.m.
Temecula con man gets prison
I really thought he was just working in real estate and would eventually be happy and work his way up.— November 21, 2012 7:46 a.m.
No patience.— November 20, 2012 11:35 a.m.

This makes me sad.— November 20, 2012 10:49 a.m.
He said so.— June 13, 2012 1:54 p.m.
Tyler Adams uses mom and dad's identities to borrow $3 million
So....what IS the status of this case? I have found online court dates but don't know what they are for. I see the next one is in May.— March 6, 2012 6:09 p.m.
There was one time I found out he told someone his name was Austin Hamilton and I thought that was weird......but I never saw ID cards with any name but Tyler Adams.— September 8, 2011 10:29 p.m.
He can be charming, funny, romantic and should have used his intelligence to do something good in the world.— August 24, 2011 5:40 p.m.
