Rock Paper Scissors in Ocean Beach closes, stiffs vendors
Rock Paper Scissors Wholesale was opened in July of 2008. This was not Fagans new Ideal with a new name. The new business was going to be at the same location as the old Rock Paper Scissors. Fagan was trying to help the vendors by having a true co-op that would have only cost the vendors 30% of there original costs. Even after he had closed the store he was still trying to help the vendors. Fagan has been helping Ocean Beach and San Diego for many years with his donations of his personal products for charities , give aways, under privlegded children, victims of accidents that did'nt have insurance, Schools and many more things. there was never a time he had turned down a charity or a cause. I believe fagan lost Rock Paper Scissors because of his generosity and forgiveness to vendors that just could'nt make it. His ideal was to help the small artists that did'nt have any other way of selling there goods. All the vendors loved him until things went Bad. Anyone who truly knows Fagan knows he has a good heart and would never do anything to hurt anyone intentionally.— May 6, 2009 3:50 p.m.
