Michael Ellis As Angel
The following post is just for thought: If CPA/Accountant Mike Compton had just paid for a hair transplant, was excited about an upcoming vacation, and was bragging about future plans with his kids, why would he kill himself the night before he was set to testify before the grand jury? If in fact, open records on Michael Blevins' connection with a Chicago mobster and drug-related legal trouble existed well before Metabolife, what would stop someone who was on Interpol with a known criminal record from orchestrating a fake suicide? Why wouldn't Ellis and Bradley not do everything possible to stop Compton from ruining the great run on millions of dollars, hidden cash and off-shore accounts? Some postings above refer to a multi-level marketing set-up for Metabolife. Who were the top in the downline chains of the pyramid? None of these men were stupid. Each has substantial real estate and other holdings that they were smart enough to put in the names of other upstanding affluent San Diegans. "Little Enron By the Sea" otherwise known as San Diego and the county leaders along with top congressional democrats and republicans were very receptive to the "green" these men produced. Is anyone naive enough to believe that these same local, state and federal politicians would return financial contributions given in entity names or even by the men personally? Not being a physician, there's no way I can comment on the effects of ephedra or its natural form from China. But, tax evasion is illegal for the rest of us last I checked.— March 18, 2009 9:18 p.m.
