Worst service ever. Had a similar bad experience once before. Like a fool I thought I would give it another chance. My mistake. Four of us for an early dinner. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. After waiting 40 minutes three dinners came. Was told my would be 5 minutes longer. The other three were finisihed eating when my meal came (20 minutes). I refused the meal at that point. No apology nothing except a curt reply that there was a miscommunication and that was from the manager. For the inconvenience they comped some wine. Still no aopolgy. Left the reatuarant an hour and thirty later. Never going back. Don't be fooled by their e-mail. Terrible service from a very unconcerned staff.— March 25, 2013 7:09 a.m.
