Downtown Real Estate Report
I should add that Lew Breeze has a newsletter in which he parses inventory number. According to Lew Breeze, there's always a reason why inventory should not be as high as reported by the MLS. For the last 3 years inventory was supposed to get all absorbed by people moving to San Diego. But so far, foreclosures are only continuing to pile-up. Almost every resale listing Downtown is distress inventory. Where do you think those units will end-up? Foreclosure.— July 27, 2009 3:02 p.m.

Do you guys realize that the "expert" has 3 NODs on his properties downtown? Time will tell if those NODs turn to foreclosure.— June 27, 2009 10:01 p.m.
