Community Choice Energy clears hurdle in San Diego

Community Choice Energy clears hurdle in San Diego
SDG&E is finally getting a karma return on their own actions. I for one can hardly wait for this option to be put in place and lessen SDG&E's impact on my financial wallet. I put in solar 3 years ago in part due to SDG&E's excessive rates. Now those sob's have continued to whittle away on the financial benefits of such a system....with the help of Jerry Brown's sister. Is it fair that part of my SDG&E bill is being used to finance a team of full time SDG&E lawyers working to continue to rip off the people of San Diego? It's not like we have a choice where to get our electricity, wait....maybe there is?!— November 17, 2017 10:56 a.m.
As aviation-gas lead drops over Serra Mesa...
How is AV Gas used in small aircraft different than the fuel used in Commercial and Military Aircraft. Those aircraft don't dump excess fuel when landing?— November 17, 2017 10:43 a.m.
Scripps Ranch — cows gone, rattlers remain

Scripps Ranch — cows gone, rattlers remain
Dear Moss, If you don't "get" Scripps Ranch then you just don't. I'm lucky enough to have moved to Scripps Ranch over 30 years ago and don't regret a single day of living and raising a family here. (Born and bred San Diegan) You missed out on not mentioning the Scripps Ranch Old Pro's who are very creative in spicing up the neighborhood. I'm glad you finally got to use a couple of big words you have been saving up from your writing classes.— November 12, 2017 7:08 p.m.
SDG&E shocks solar users with rate change
I too am disappointed in Gov. MoonBeam. Looks like we should have asked Linda Rondstat to have kept him on Safari in Africa. His sister is on the CPUC correct?— August 17, 2017 1:35 p.m.
SDG&E shocks solar users with rate change
And who determines what is a "fair share"? SDG&E, You? My system generates excess power that goes back in to the grid, it's SDG&E that decides if that is a benefit to you or not.— August 16, 2017 4:44 p.m.
Sempra seeks to block shift from gas appliances
If SDG&E wants to block me from personal choice of appliances it makes me want to switch from those gas appliances to electric even more! Makes sense for me with my Solar Panels. AND BEWARE of the 6/30/17 letter sent out to existing solar power owners! Those weasels were trying to force me with a misleading letter to switch from my Daily Rate to Time of Use.— July 30, 2017 1:36 p.m.
Speed limits to be lowered on La Costa Avenue, Quail Gardens Drive
How many different ways is there to say "Stupid!"— July 21, 2017 7:58 p.m.
DeMaio enlists KFI’s John and Ken in recall of Josh Newman
Only 65% of the new tax will go to improving the physical condition of the roads. The rest of the money will get pissed away just as the politicians already do with the existing highest gas tax per gallon rate in the country. What do the legislators who voted for this new additional tax care about the cost of gas or vehicle registration increases? Their vehicles and gas is paid for by the taxpaying people of California. This will unfairly impact the working class who need their vehicles on a daily basis to get them to and from work.— April 18, 2017 2:06 p.m.
