I am from the most beautiful place on earth...Namibia, but now reside in sunny San Diego, California. I live with my beautiful daughter, Zandi, my son, Shaun and my husband Matt, who I would not trade for any amount of gold.
I have been on a journey of self discovery and change and I am extremely grateful for everything I have learned and experienced in my life.
Discovering many facets of me through different modalities has opened my mind to except that anything conceivable is possible through God.
I have been a student of God and life, reader of books that demand paradigm shifts, studied mind - body connections intensively and through application I have accomplished so much in my personal and professional life.
I love the idea that people are the masters of their own destiny, that everyone has something to teach you, no matter what their consciousness or knowledge.
I have been practicing Right brain therapy, Counseling, holistic healing and massage therapy for years and the healings I have done has changed my family and clients lives in the most profound and positive ways. Being able to express my creativity whilst healing others is a blessing from God.
My intention is to create a space that will help people heal naturally, at their own pace. To incorporate all my tools in my toolbox to allow them to explore their true potential. To help me improve my teaching and intuitive skills. To help and heal as many people as I can and to provide support and information.
My goal is to build positive relationships and to help others do the same. Learning the underlining psychological motivation for actions and which actions stem predominantly from subconscious programs and understanding how to correct these programs to help people understand themselves better. To enable people to understand others, their emotions and that the key to freedom is forgiveness. My passion is to work with children and teenagers, healing their build up emotions through arts and crafts and teaching them life skills to handle themselves and life around them.
I am not a Guru and will remain a student for as long as I life. The cycle of teaching never stops and any input from others is always welcome.
