But they are wrong - you did have an update, in that they are now shooting to open in the summer. Much slower than the original plan, but this seems more solid because they actually have construction company doing work in there now.

Rats! I was in Toronado Tuesday afternoon, and saw some of these on the board. Had I read this article then, I may have been tempted to try a few. Oh well..

Nice cans…and bottles

Belching Beaver's Beaver's Milk Milk Stout and their Peanut Butter Milk Stout have shown up in bottles. I know that it isn't everybody's favorite style (probably way too mild for those that have gotten attenuated to the hops), but I think both of these are quite good.

I take it you haven't tried out 2 Kids yet? I'm waiting until they have their stout up before making visit. Sounds like a good warm up for occasional Alesmith runs. :)

What's new with New English

Zumbar kept me up all night when I had a few "tastings". I may be non-conventional, but I really like their red. Simon is about as nice of a brewer / brewery employee that I've met in San Diego, and most people in the business here are pretty nice.
