Reverse "rape of the ratepayer"
Don, Have you read the decision? I haven't read it but the media descriptions of the decision last fall said the utilities cover the San Onofre costs after the date of the shutdown and the ratepayers cover the cost of the power purchased to replace what would have been generated by San Onofre.
