People living in cars and RVs stand up to city
Why should homeless people be allowed to spread their "property", which from what I've seen is mostly trash and junk they don't really need anyway, all over the sidewalks to the extent that people cannot even walk on the sidewalk? The reason for this ordinance is so that pedestrians are not forced to walk out into the street. It's a safety hazard for pedestrians and motorists.— September 17, 2017 4:57 p.m.
