One catfish at a time
I'd heard about this place a while back but forgot about it. I'm going to make a mental note to try it. Thanks for the tip. Good food options in this community are rare if you're looking for more than a taco shop.— March 14, 2013 8:14 a.m.
Is Bob Filner doing a good job as mayor?
I like his confrontational syle of dealing with the City Council and Jan Goldsmith. It's refreshing to see him fight the big wig money men and stand up for the city. San Diego consists of more than the Gaslamp and waterfront areas and these other neighborhoods need attention and redevelopement as well.— March 5, 2013 9:50 a.m.
Man seeks mango, part 3
This sounds like my kind of place. I love sweet, spicy, lime and mango, I use this seasoning by Tajin called chile lime and it's the bomb on mango, cantaloupe, pineapple, apples and just about anything you put it on. Haven't heard of the mangoneada but I want to try it. The skins sound like they would be worth a try as well. Got to get to east Diego soon— September 5, 2012 3:12 p.m.
