Oh, monster neighbors are terrible. The ones who disturb others peace just for self gratification are horrible. I feel bad for you and the birds who I am sure were there before the new tenant. I live in front of jobless, drug addicts on the north end of Silver Strand Blvd. Nothing worse than having lots junkies walking by your place to go get high and hang out on a regular basis. My situation is so concerning, I actually installed surveillance cameras to protect what I work so hard for.
