Graffiti in North Park by Invisible Children Supporters?
These posters decay quickly when placed outdoors and exposed to rain and sun. They look pretty bad. The people who place them don't seem to have much respect for the rest of the community. The posters can cause traffic signal boxes to overheat and fail, so it is a safety issue as well. It is a form of graffiti - the unauthorized marking on property regardless of the tool (paint, marker, stickers) At www.DefacingAmerica.com, the issues of graffiti prevention and control are explored.
