Drone Protests hit six month mark, model Reaper drone unveiled
Drones hovering in our back yards while peeping through our windows? Where has this nation gone?!!!— March 15, 2013 1:17 p.m.
Oani shoring up The Shores
These are big shoes to fill, Amy DiBiase is a marvelous chef!— March 15, 2013 1:15 p.m.
Only 17 and he already killed 9 people
Yeah, that’s pretty bad stuff alright, but after having read several of this blogger’s other posts, I can’t help but notice that he rarely has much good to say about Baja California. At this point in time, I’m a LOT more concerned about the rampant violence that takes place north of the border. I guess that in an era when kids are regularly marching into American schools and blowing away their classmates with assault weapons, and local murders have become a daily feature on so many San Diego news broadcasts that they are now commonplace, it is always more comforting to think that someone else doing the same type of thing in another country is the only monster on the screen. Wake up America …it is, sadly, our dear nation that has become one of the most potentially deadly of them all. :-(— March 15, 2013 1:11 p.m.
Baja’s Big Game
Wow! What a way to go fishin'!! I'm not sure how much this type of thing costs, probably more than I can afford right now, but this would DEFINITELY be on MY bucket list!— March 12, 2013 5:11 p.m.
Baja Wine Country
Great story …makes me want to try and find a bottle of Petit Verdot. But it does also seem a little ironic that we are entering an era when it appears to be easier to move abroad in order to live out your American dream.— October 11, 2012 8:59 a.m.
Babbo's Bar and Grille
I will always lament the exit of the original owners of the old 'Gulf Coast Grill' on Park Blvd. Their authentic regional food and ambient staff were one of a kind.— June 18, 2012 8:50 a.m.
Ribbon Cut, Doors Open: White Labs is Open for Business
San Diego's brewery scene just keeps getting better and better, much to the delight of an 'Arrogant Bastard' like me! ;-))— June 18, 2012 8:46 a.m.
Baja’s Tantalizing Taste of Tuscany
Wow! It looks to me like somebody had a hard time recognizing a ‘restaurant review’ when they came upon one. Others, including myself, obviously had no such problem. Actually, I enjoyed reading the post and thought it had some good imagery. And after seeing such positive comments from someone who had actually been there, my wife and I have decided to search this place out when we go down there on our Baja wine country tour in late July. It sure wouldn’t be the first time that we found The Reader to be a resource for good dining tips.— June 18, 2012 8:41 a.m.
