Jason Raya is the current owner Chula Vista's Best Allstate Insurance Agency: Raya Insurance. He was inspired to become a trusted insurance adviser in Chula Vista by his mother, Candy Raya, who was the owner of the agency for 20 years. In 2017, the two switched roles with Jason taking over the responsibilities as owner and Candy focusing on life insurance reviews with our customers. The Raya's along with their cousin and niece Jennifer Garcia (office manager) have been writing insurance in California since insurance became mandatory in 1986. What excites them most is using the profits and influence of the agency to serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration to families affected by domestic violence.
