Alleged sexual assault at Lincoln High School leads to teacher's suicide
A Life Has Passed! Nathan Page was a rare, compassionate, fearless advocate for his special education students. He felt is was his mission to represent and defend his students against unprofessional administrative procedures. The problems Nate faced are still with us. Nathan confronted on and off site school and district administrators, with what he felt was their failure to properly address an "alleged sexual assault" of a developmentally disabled student. He also felt that some of his students were misplaced due to incorrect diagnosis. It now falls upon "we", the living, to pick up this banner and be advocates and protectors of the least among us. A LIFE HAS BEEN LOST but a greater loss is the failure to adequately protect and teach these innocent ones life skills. No greater memorial can be given to Nathan, than for us to also become advocates and protectors; of the least among us!! CT— April 9, 2018 noon
