I LOVE Taco Bell and have tons of their hot sauce in my fridge. I decided to invent a chicken recipe using my extra Fire sauce packets. It was really good and sooo easy and I can't wait to make it again.
Ingredients
- 2.0 tbls Taco Bell Fire Sauce
- 2.0 cups Green Enchilada Sauce
- 0.5 lbs Chicken Breast
Instructions
The typical chicken breasts from the store are very wide, so I suggest first cutting them in half length-wise so that they are thinner. In a frying pan on medium heat, brown both sides of the breasts - while browning, add a good amount of Fire Sauce to each side of each breast (about 1 packet per breast). After browning, add the green mild enchilada sauce (canned) over the breasts to fully cover. Simmer breasts until fully cooked (about 20-30 minutes). The Enchilada/Fire Sauce is the best part, so make sure to scoop extra sauce on top of the breasts when serving.
