As a lifelong Ocean Beach/Point Loma resident born in 1959, I am sick and tired of all the unwashed vermin hanging out at the beach posting up with their purloined shopping carts full of malodorous garbage on public oceanfront property. Screw the homeless people and all the millennial libtards with their pathetic excuses why these bottom feeders are given a pass on behaving like a civilized human being, instead of an ego-driven (psychologically speaking) perpetually narcissistic toddler who can't delay gratification and desires to do whatever they want, wherever they want, including defecating and urinating all over the public streets and walkways. Unfortunately, there has always been a certain amount of tolerance for these scumbags in OB, but as us baby boomers are starting to realize that our once modest investment in real estate is now rendering the value of our houses well over the million dollar range, hopefully there will be a lot more pressure to get these freeloading, good for nothing pieces of crap to move along to somewhere else where they can crap all over the streets and live in it. The cops can clean it up, kudos to Sgt Yu. You start making it uncomfortable for these dirtbags just like Newport Beach & Balboa Island do. You don't ever see crap like this there. The great social experiment of trying to house the homeless has failed. Until you realize that these people are homeless by choice because they do not want to follow the rules of a civilized society, you will keep pouring money into a black hole. Homelessness is nothing new, back in the 30;s & 40's they were called hobos, but at least they worked to get something to eat. All we have done by feeding these pieces of garbage is enable their bad behavior. Flush these turds out of the beach and return OB to it;s residents and visitors who would like to experience going to the beach without having to avoid piles of human feces and intimidation by scumbags.
