The Local installed a 10-barrel brew system and tasting bar in the back of its restaurant and named it Resident Brewing Co. Expect a variety of styles ranging from porter to tart saison, but check out some of the hop forward brews that earned brewmaster Robert Masterson wins at Karl Strauss and Stone Brewing pro-am competitions,
including his Vacation Coconut IPA.
