The Conscious Cook, San Diego’s Premier Cooking and Wellness Center, opened April 1, 2009. The owner, Sadie King, is growing a community of passionate, like-minded people to help change lives! She started this journey in 2000 and has been studying, researching, and practicing natural health and wellness ever since. In addition, she has been building relationships with her peers in the wellness field so the center can have many experts in many fields available. Sadie graduated from Humboldt State University with a BA in 2002 and moved to San Diego, CA in 2004. Since March of 2006 Sadie has been teaching families how to cook and eat healthier using the right food choices, equipment, and techniques.
