Kumeyaay Ethnobotany explores the interdependence between native peoples and plants of the Californias through descriptions of 47 native plants and their uses, narratives, and hundreds of photographs. It connects the archaeological and historical record with living cultures and native plant specialists. Join us for a presentation by anthropologist Michael Wilken-Robertson.

Jewel celebrate’s the 25th anniversary of her Pieces of You album with a four-disc CD box and a Live streaming concert.
Jewel’s breakthrough album Pieces of You will get a 25th anniversary edition four-disc box CD set full of unreleased recordings and a Pacific Beach performance at Inner Change Coffeehouse. The November 20 online release concert will have a guest appearance by her “You Were Meant For Me” co-writer Steve Poltz, best known from local novelty rockers the Rugburns.
