The Importance of Being Earnest
Two well-to-do bachelors spend time with family and friends, both in town and in the country. But sometimes, to get out of undesirable social obligations, each uses a fictitious fellow as an excuse. Add to the mix the one false identity, an overbearing matriarch, two young women pushing the confines of their social positions, a careless governess, the town vicar, and oh — two servants who can turn the story on a dime.
