“A comedy tonight.” At  least Pseudolus hopes so. He’s a slave at the house of Senex, in ancient Rome.. To win his freedom he must unite his master, Hero, with the girl next door, a courtesan named Philia. But she’s slated to wed Miles Gloriosos, a braggart soldier, who thinks he’s a one-man parade. And that’s just for starters.

WHEN: Wednesday through Saturday, 8 pm; Sunday, 2 pm and 7 pm, through August 11.

Doug Loves Movies: Comic Con Edition

Comedian Doug Benson (Super High Me and Comedy Central’s The High Court) began hosting a podcast, titled Doug Loves Movies, recorded in front of a live audience at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles. A regular feature of the podcast is the Leonard Maltin Game, which has been described as Name That Tune with movies instead of songs. The game consists of Benson reading excerpts from a Leonard Maltin review and guests wagering how many names, read from the bottom of the cast list up, it would take for them to identify the movie.
