Arriving at the property through a wrought-iron-gated drive, guests are dropped at a newly installed porte-cochère outside the main entrance to the “stone clad French Country Estate” as drivers continue on to the parking area with six garage spaces and additional area on the stamped-concrete circular drive.

Examination of the property’s tax records aren’t immediately indicative as to who’s behind the sale — the estate’s owner is listed simply as the Exploron Corporation, with a mailing address in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The home was purchased from original owner and noted technology executive Carmelo Santoro for $9 million in 2006 after spending more than a year on the market.

The home was most recently listed for sale in March 2014 with an asking price of $11,500,000, which remains unchanged to date.
