Super Troopers vs. Snatch

Altered state police.

Super Troopers is a zany satire about small-town highway-patrol officers. Hatched from the minds of famed comedy group Broken Lizard, Super Troopers follows the adventures of the fun-loving patrolmen as they deal with the banality of their highways. From dealing with stoned teenagers to German auto thieves, the officers’ snarky dialogue and playful antics provide nothing but a good time.

Snatch is the gritty action-packed British crime flick that skyrocketed Guy Ritchie into the pop-culturesphere in early 2000. An all-star cast includes Jason Statham, Benicio Del Toro, Dennis Farina, and my favorite Brad Pitt character of all time. The cinematography is stunning, the dialogue well-crafted, and the story keeps you on the edge of your seat with more twists than the autoways of London. The DVD includes bonus scenes and Guy Ritchie’s laments about his breakthrough film.
