Shot in Tijuana: Zona Norte On-Ramp

A recent view of the construction of an on-ramp to Carretera Federal 1D (or the Tijuana-Ensenada toll road) in Tijuana’s Zona Norte area. At nearly this point, the highway veers south toward the Playas area of TJ. The on-ramp is part of the new northern-most bridge that crosses the Tijuana River. (Click photos to enlarge)
