Local CDA residents enjoy watching bald eagles as they feed on Kokanee salmon in the summer – mainly from Wolf Lodge Bay. Sports enthusiasts will want to try the North Idaho Centennial Trail, where cyclists, hikers and joggers follow along the lake's north and northeastern shoreline.
