A would-be TJ pimp was popped by the policía for “privó de libertad” (depriving of liberty) a female minor and raping her several times over a period of days in an attempt to cajole her into joining his retinue of play-for-pay gals.

Subprosecutor of Zona Tijuana, Martha Topete, announced that Elias Ramirez Velásquez, 28 years old, using the nom de pimp of “El Primo” on business cards that promote his escort delivery service, was vigorously rebuffed by his victim when he initially tried to convince her he could do a lot for her after their chance meeting in a taxi.

On April 7, he decided to kidnap his recalcitrant prospect, throw her into a panel truck, and take her to his crib, where he raped her several times and took photos of her forced degradation. On April 9, he raped her again and left, whereupon neighbors, hearing the victim’s desperate screams, came to her rescue.

Police were informed of the girl’s plight and tracked down Velásquez at a motel where he was pimping out another girl.

According to Frontera, the rape victim said that Velaquez told her he wanted to pimp her out for 1000 pesos (around 80 bucks), and she’d get 700 of the amount while he kept 300.
