According to the victims, the two suspects were black males wearing dark blue or black hoodies with the hoods pulled over their heads. Both of the assailants were described as being in their 20s and about 5’10”. The suspects are also believed to have been driving a blue or black four-door Nissan Altima.

Police reports indicated that the suspects stole two wallets, a pair of new shoes in a Footlocker bag, and a cell phone.

In a separate incident that occurred roughly 15 minutes earlier, as discussed over police radio, two black males wearing hoodies armed with semiautomatic handguns robbed a man that was walking on the 5900 block of Caminito Chiapas in Mission Valley. A wallet and Blackberry were stolen in that incident. Police believe that the two robberies may have been committed by the same perpetrators. Both incidents remain under investigation.
