Las Vegas’s Chinatown

It is a cool 60 degrees outside and the crowd is watching in amazement at what can only be the strangest site in our modern universe, Las Vegas’s Chinatown.

Though much smaller then San Francisco’s famous C-town, the community nevertheless is large and growing in Vegas. Adding to the mixture of cultures, the celebration is frequented by Vegas’s large Hispanic population.

The calm winds of the day allow the spectacle to unfold. The crowd wanders and meanders in with anticipation – after all, what's a Chinese New Year's without, well, some good Chinese food and some dragons?
