Former Oceanside Resident

Former Oceanside resident and El Camino High School graduate Denise Richards is seeking a divorce from actor Charlie Sheen, whom she married on June 15, 2002. Court papers filed Wednesday, March 2, cite "irreconcilable differences."

Richards was recently seen in the film Elvis Has Left the Building. She is six months pregnant with Sheen's child -- their second ("we hope for another girl," they told the press as recently as February 4) -- and just finished shooting the film version of David Mamet's play Edmond.

Richards's parents still own the coffee shop Jitters Express in Oceanside.
