Arrive before 5, secure an Adirondack chair, and snap up a table to settle your refreshment. You might be the only customer for half an hour or more. Kristin or one of her cohorts will take care of you. With a decent house wine (Eshcol Ranch Chardonnay or Cabernet) or a mean margarita in hand, all that's missing is the complement.
