Nordstrom offers anyone the opportunity to relieve themselves in the atmosphere of a four-star hotel at no charge. The men's room is on the first floor, the women's on the second. Each is approached by the western (and least used) store entrance. A small hallway with a table and oil paintings leads to each restroom. Both are wallpapered, clean, and have soft, pleasant music piped in. The women's restroom has the added feature of a carpeted lounge with a comfortable sofa for nursing and a coffee table. Each restroom has a changing table as well.
