Mystery Café is San Diego's longest running dinner theater. Patrons are seated by 8 p.m. and then dinner is served with a whodunit on the side. "Our actors put on an interactive mystery comedy play while serving you a delicious meal. If you do not want to participate, not to worry, our actors are very clever at knowing who wants to participate and who does not, so sit back and enjoy." The cost is $43.50 on Fridays and $47.50 on Saturdays and includes a four-course meal, a four-act play, and taxes. Gratuity and bar beverages are additional.
