There's a new drink in town, kiddies. The mojito. It's a Cuban hottie that sailed into San Diego a few years ago and is giving the martini a run for its money. The mojito contains just a few simple ingredients, but the art is in the mixing. And the Prado's got it down. The Bacardi light rum, sugar, fresh lime juice, fresh mint, and tonic combo can taste really good in the hands of the right mix-master.
