Barney's of New York, Polo, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, and Banana Republic are a few of the 50 stores here. On a recent outing, we found Hugo Boss men's shirts at Barney's for $29 and famous-maker ties for $25. At Kenneth Cole the prices are 30 to 50 percent lower than department store prices: black suede women's pumps were selling for $49. At each store, rummage through the sale racks for better deals.
