With bistro tables outside and an art-splattered, split-level, warm wood interior, 1134 doesn't even have to try hard. One badge of coolness: all the day's newspapers hanging wedged in their split sticks. The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal...there's half your breakfast pleasure already. The other half comes from the modest, but healthy menu. The "Americana" breakfast is two steamed eggs, Swiss cheese and ham, a side of fruit, and a sliced baguette.
