At Lakeshore Learning Center things are different. From 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. every Saturday, little creators can test their artistic side at a new craft for free: a decorative door knob, a beach bag, a magic wand, or maybe a fossil find. One week it's an autumn tree project, another week it's trying out dot art or stamp art. All projects will bust the boredom, and maybe Mom will leave without extra purchases. If she does break down and buy, it's not going to be the latest television-advertised fad toy, it's going to be something with educational value.
