Petworks, in Grossmont Center next to Zales Jewelers, opens its doors at 10:00 a.m. to customers eager to try out their pet-walking skills. With a credit card and a driver's license, anyone can take a pooch for a half-hour stroll around the mall. Choose from 30 varieties of puppies displayed in the shop. The Puppy Exerciser program continues throughout the day until all the dogs have been walked. There is no requirement to buy the dog you walk, or anything else.
