Julian Ayad began painting homes as an apprentice in 1992, and by 1994 he was a fully bonded and licensed contractor, operating his own business, Quality House Painting. QHP specializes in exterior and interior cover-ups for upscale residential homes and commercial buildings. Additional services include power washing walls, brick surfaces, and windows, stain and lacquer finishing, drywall repair, acoustic removal and tearing out wallpaper surfacing. Estimates are free, and painting contracts are priced from several hundred dollars for a one-day multi-room interior job.
