Panda's offers reliable housecleaners who will clean to your specifications and stay out of your way. When Pam Thompson started Panda's in 1986, she was the sole housekeeper. Thompson now mans the office while her stable of 30 housecleaners hit the dirt each day. Each housecleaner has had a criminal background check, been fingerprinted, and speaks English. It's $15 per hour and four hours' minimum for cleaning. Seniors enjoy a 10 percent discount. Panda's also offers babysitting (four-hour minimum), nonmedical senior care, pet-sitting, transportation and care to and from outpatient surgery, as well as permanent placement for nannies, housekeepers, and chauffeurs. Office open Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; closed Sunday.
