Schedule of Chef Elizabeth's Soup... Always amazing and full of robust flavors

March 6th – Red Pepper Bisque – a great first course full flavored as roasted red peppers are used as well as fresh herbs, in a chicken stock. Great texture as is the case with most bisque. YUM! March 13th – Posole A South West Soup, made using pork tenderloin, onions garlic, chicken stock, hominy and served with fresh radishes, green onions, cilantro, and avocado. A family favorite and healthy too. March 20th – Tortilla Soup – Chef E. will share her recipe for Salsa roasted Turkey, then the leftovers will be used to make the stock for this wonderful full flavored soup. March 27th – Victory Garden Vegetable Soup with Pistou. This soup can stand alone as being good, but with the addition of the pistou, it be come an explosion of flavor and freshness. Every Wed, 10am. Each class is $10/Members, $15/Non-Members
