SD Symphony Jacobs Masterworks: Mahler's Resurrection & Renewal

Music Director Rafael Payare and the Orchestra present Gustav Mahler’s towering Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection.” Distinguished soloists Angela Meade and Anna Larsson join the Symphony’s continued exploration of Mahler's music. The program opens with a San Diego Symphony commission from renowned American composer Carlos Simon. This performance features the San Diego Symphony Festival Choir and is part of the California Festival.
