Filipino-Inspired Cooking with Chef Phillip Esteban
October is Filipino History month so it makes perfect sense to learn how to cook Filipino-inspired dishes from Chef Phillip Esteban. You’ll learn how to make one entrée and one side dish from Esteban, plus cooking hacks and his trick for making the perfect rice. The main dish will be a vegetarian version of the Filipino dish sisig, a flavorful combination of wood ear mushrooms, crispy tofu, peppers, onions, and pickles on top of garlic fried rice. The side dish will be a Filipino take on the classic Tijuana Caesar Salad. Class Includes: 2 recipes. Shopping list sent to you five days before the class. Individual Zoom login Moderator available to help answer questions before, during, and after the class.
