Staying Active While Staying Put: Exercises at Home to Prevent Falls, Retain Balance, Coordination and Strength While the pandemic has continued to limit where we can go, we can still get safe and effective exercise at home. Keeping active, especially during these uncertain times, is as important as ever to maintain our physical and mental health. This talk will cover whole-body strength and flexibility exercises using little to no equipment to promote strong muscles, improved posture, and overall quality of life. Ulster Napoles is a clinical kinesiologist with Reneu Health Inc that provides one on one activity-based exercise for those in need. As a former lecturer at California State University, Los Angeles, Ulster has continued on to deliver educational presentations regarding the importance and delivery of exercise to maintain physical ability which helps us enjoy more of the things we love to do.
