The autumn meeting of the Uptown San Diego chapter of Fermenters is a free informal gathering where local fermentation enthusiasts get together to learn and share talk about kinds of fermented foods and non-alcoholic beverages. Learn about, ask questions from local experts, and taste some gut-healthy fermented foods! Please bring some homemade fermented (or otherwise) snacks to share and swap, as well as any extra cultures you have to swap, and clean, empty containers (to take home new cultures).
