An Evening With Vérité Wines
Sonoma County’s Vérité Estate Winery will present six of their Bordeaux-style wines, each masterfully crafted by Vigneron Pierre Seillan and rated 100 points by Robert Parker of The Wine Advocate. Dinner features a five-course feast with menu offerings such as salmon crudo with charred octopus, wild mushroom pasta, lamb chops, bone-in filet, ribeye, jidori chicken, and a selection of desserts.
