French Champagne & Seafood Dinner
Celebrate one of the most prominent regions of France, Champagne. Chef Jeremy Estrada of Village Vino in Kensington will prepare a 5 course seafood-centric dinner paired with exquisite bubbles from the prominent Champagne houses of Paul Bara, J. Lasalle, and Vueve Fourny & Fils. Champagne Paul Bara is the quintessential example, where everything is done with a personalized touch. Champagne J. Lassalle works with all three varietals authorized in the region (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier) on sixteen hectares of vineyards, all of them Premier Cru. Champagne Veuve Fourny & Fills is made only from hand-picked Chardonnay old vines in 19th century cellars. All Champagnes being served are impressive imports from the famous Kermit Lynch Portfolio. Menu will include Kumamoto Oysters, Bouillabase, Pacific Stone Crab, Langostino Prawns, Appetizers, and Dessert.
